What Our Clients Say
Reflections from the people leading AI change inside their organisations.

It depends on what you need. Our engagements range from focused sprints over a few weeks to longer partnerships over several months. We’ll always give you a clear picture of investment before anything starts, and we’ll scope it to what makes sense for your situation rather than selling you something bigger than you need. For context, one of our clients generated enough pipeline from a single AI-powered tool we built together to cover the cost of the entire engagement.
It depends on the engagement, but we’re conscious of the fact that your team is already busy. Typically, we need three to four hours upfront to understand your workflows, your tools, and where the opportunities are. After that, it’s usually a couple of hours a week while we’re building and testing. That drops off as we get deeper into the work and need less input from your side. We’ve had clients build four AI-powered workflows within a week of a single session. So while every engagement is different, we’re not here to take over your team’s calendar.
It depends on the scope. A focused strategy engagement might take two to four weeks. A full implementation with change management and training could run two to six months. We’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront. We’d rather set honest expectations than overpromise and underdeliver.
Every system we work with meets SOC 2 certification standards. Where workflows involve personally identifiable information (most don’t), we ensure end-to-end encryption and full compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other major privacy regulations.
We work across sectors, with our deepest experience in B2B technology, professional services, and financial services. That said, the principles of good AI strategy and change management apply regardless of industry. So we’re always happy to have a conversation, even if your sector isn’t on that list.
Honestly, we’re still figuring some of this out too. Everyone in this space is. But what sets us apart is depth of practice. We’ve tested thousands of AI tools, we work across strategy, change management, and implementation as a connected discipline, and we treat adoption as the main event rather than an afterthought. We’re also not afraid to tell you when AI isn’t the right answer.
Always. We integrate with your current tools and platforms rather than asking you to rip everything out and start again. Part of our assessment process is mapping what you’ve already got and finding where AI can enhance it.
We help organisations adopt AI in a way that actually works and sticks. That means building strategies grounded in your business reality, supporting your team through the change process, and implementing solutions that deliver measurable value. We’re not a software company; we’re the people who help make sure AI initiatives land properly.
Not sure where to start?
That’s completely normal. The AI landscape is overwhelming right now. Our AI Readiness Assessment gives you a clear, honest picture of where your organisation stands today, and a practical steer on what to focus on first.
